SUMMARY:Cornhole Tournament
DESCRIPTION:The Silver Spur Resort is hosting our second cornhole tournament on September 1\, 2018. Sign up as you arrive or text Jana for pre-registration at (903)275-2448. \nSign-ups will begin at 10:00 am on-site and the tournament will start promptly at 11:30 am. Boards will open at 10:00am for warm-up. Please try to be here 30 minutes before the game begins. For this tournament we will have two divisions: social and open. Bring your own partner and bags (we do have non-regulation bags available\, if needed). This will be a double elimination with 1 game in winner’s bracket\, and 1 game in the loser’s bracket. Registration fee is $30 per team. We will pay out 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd in each division. We will be using TCL rules for all tournaments held here. This event is BYOB (bring your own beverage)\, but please only bring cans or plastic cups\, absolutely no glass on the premises. We will have event security on-site\, so please keep that in mind. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. Kids are welcome to play and/or watch. We will have snacks\, sodas\, and food available for purchase. This will be an 80% payback tournament with 20% being donated to the Van Zandt First Responder’s Fund. Come out and join the fun! If anyone has any questions\, please let us know.
