Sponsored by NWTF (FREE to public) \n5:00pm-8:00pm: YHEC Competition ($10 registration fee) Great prizes and raffles! \nAges: \nWe will have two age groups that will be competing: \nAges 9 – 13 \nAges 14 – 18 \nYHEC Competition\nAll competition skills will be graded on a point system for correct answers/archery scores. \nThe cumulative competition skills will be: \nHunter Safety Trail- Demonstrate your skills in safe firearm handling\, fence safety shoot/don’t shoot\, zones of fire and more. \nWildlife Identification– Test your knowledge of animals identification through flash cards\, pictures\, mounts and more. \nArchery- Participants will shoot at targets at short distance and long distances to achieve a cumulative score. \nPut Your Skills to the Test!\nOur Outdoor Adventure Camp may cover some of these skills and campers are encouraged to register for the competition! DESCRIPTION:We are so excited to offer Cheer Camp here at Silver Spur Resort! We will be working with Stepz All-Star Gym to include professional instructors and an overall high-quality cheer camp experience. Camp admission will include lunch each day and a chance to win an AirTrack (more than $200 value). This camp will offer much more than just cheerleading. Some of the extra activities will include: basketball\, volleyball\, fishing\, nerf wars\, water balloon fights\, yard-games and so much more! With the cheerleading\, we will offer professional instruction on stunting\, tumbling\, cheering\, dance\, voice projection and overall technique. SUMMARY:Cornhole Tournament
DESCRIPTION:The Silver Spur Resort will be hosting another cornhole tournament and donating 25% of the proceeds to the Van Zandt First Responders Fund. The tournament will be held inside of the heat controlled barn. Sign-up as you arrive or pre-register by texting Jana (903)275-2448. Boards will open for warm-up at 10:00am and the tournament starts sharply at 11:00. Please try to arrive 30 minutes before the game begins. We will have 5 lanes for play using TCL regulated boards and following all TCL rules. Bring your own partner and bags (we do have non-regulation bags available\, if needed). This event will be a doubles tournament and will have 3 divisions: Beginners\, Social\, and B-Division. \nWe are hoping to run each division at specific times with Beginners at 11:00am\, Social 1:00pm\, and B-Division 4:00pm. We welcome everyone to come out and enjoy the fun while raising money for a great cause. We are family friendly\, so bring your kids. There will be NO SMOKING in or around the barn. This event is also BYOB (bring your own beverage)\, but NO glass bottles please. We will have security on site\, so be on your best behavior! We will be using Brackelope to run the tournament. CASH Prizes will be awarded to the winners in each division. Throughout the day we will be having raffles\, drawings\, and other fun activities for everyone. Also we will have food\, snacks\, and non-alcoholic drinks available to purchase. Come out and join the fun!
