We have the perfect event for you…Register for Silver Spur Resort’s Smoke & Guns Cook-Off\, an Outlaw BBQ Association-sanctioned event on May 5th & 6th! For official rules\, visit outlawbbq.org. \nAdult Cook-off\nThe entry fee is $150 and includes THREE CATEGORIES: Brisket\, 1/2 Chicken & Pork Spare Ribs with an 80% Payout and 20% donated to the Van Zandt First Responders Fund. Optional add-ons include Burnt Ends\, Beans & Bloody Mary for an additional $25 each (one winner per category). Trophies will be awarded to winners at the conclusion of the BBQ Smoke-off on Saturday\, inside The Barn.
