In this interactive session\, you’ll discover how to create delicious\, homemade sourdough bread from scratch. \nOur expert instructor\, Abby\, will guide you through:\n🍞 Understanding and maintaining a sourdough starter\n🥣 Mixing\, kneading\, and shaping dough by hand\n⏳ The fermentation process and why patience is key\n🔥 Baking tips for achieving the perfect crust and crumb \nBy the end of the class\, you’ll have the confidence to bake your own sourdough at home and take home a starter to continue your journey! \n📅 Date: Monday\, March 31st\n⏰ Time: 5-7:30 pm\n📍 Location: Ranch House at Silver Spur Resort- 13785 SH19\, Canton TX 75103\n💰 Cost: $35/pp (includes all materials and take-home starter) \nMore details: This is a beginner class designed for all ages (12 and older.) This class would also be good for those who have taken the class before and have specific questions or would like more hands-on experience. Our instructor will meet you where you are in your learning process. Please bring an apron\, notebook and pen\, medium-sized mixing bowl\, and digital kitchen scale (optional).
