Escape Room
An escape room has finally landed in Canton! If you love a good puzzle, the real-life strategy Escape Room is your cup of tea. Race against the clock to find the clues in the room and break out before time is up! Do you think you can do it? We’d love to host your Escape Room Experience!
Day Camps
After a raving success in 2021, Day Camps made a rocking reappearance in 2022, offering a wide variety of camp options for the kiddos that are dear to your heart. Enroll your youngster in a day camp that ranges from Hunter’s Ed to Baking with style. There’s something fun for everyone at the Silver Spur Resort.
Q & Brew
Open to the public for lunch and dinner, our Q and Brew restaurant & brewery fills the texas-sized shoes for legendary Texas Barbeque! All meats are smoked on-site daily in our own personal smokehouse. The menu items are carefully crafted with the Silver Spur’s unique flair and can be served with our own craft beer, or Red 55 wines, the official wine of Miranda Lambert. Like most of Silver Spur Resort, the Q & Brew is a casual, family-friendly environment. The restaurant even hosts fun events, like a monthly Chuckwagon Dinner. You won’t want to miss out on this unique dining experience!
Corporate Team Building
If you’re looking for an event venue to host a leadership retreat or to do some good ‘ol team building with your coworkers, Silver Spur Resort is just the place to make it happen. With the amenities to host a group of 10 or 300, we’ve got you covered. Try a fun exercise in communication and problem-solving with a Murder Mystery Party. Or, break down the barriers of corporate life with a few brews at the Q and Brew Restaurant. Stay for one day or 3 with our extensive selection of lodging options. Canton’s First Monday Trade Days
If the good Lord hasn’t blessed your soul with the gem that is Canton’s Trade Days, boy are you in for a treat! An East Texas Tradition that is near and dear to the hearts of many, Canton’s Trade Days are an experience you won’t want to pass up.
Home to the world’s largest flea market, Canton hosts thousands of vendors selling anything you could possibly think of. Dig for treasured antiques, furniture, collectibles, and more at the First Monday Trade Days. Trade Days are open the Thursday-Sunday before the first Monday of every month and we’ve got a handful of tricks and tips to help navigate Canton’s Trade Days. Check them out here!

Yesterland Farm
While this little slice of paradise only operates seasonally on select weekends throughout the year, Yesterland Farm is a lovely fall respite with fun for everyone in the family. Parooze the BunnyPalooza Easter Extravaganza during the fair-weathered spring months and enjoy the magic of a Winter Christmas Playland in the crisp days of winter. If you can catch these events while they last, you’re sure to be in for a truckload of fun.
Splash Kingdom
For those summer days where you’re looking to beat the heat, the Splash Kingdom waterpark offers loads of wet fun to cool down the whole family. Offering a calendar of fun activities all summer long, Splash Kingdom is sure to offer the healthy dose of summertime fun your crew is looking for.
The Downtown Farmers Market
Operating every Saturday in April-October from 8a-12p, this farmer’s market puts the focus on the local farmers and retailers of the beautiful Canton area. Dedicated to healthier eating options and better health, the Farmer’s market offers locally grown fruits, vegetables, eggs, and even wildflower honey! Feel free to shake the hand of a farmer and take a peek at where the food on your table actually comes from.
Not just a one-stop shop for produce essentials, the Farmer’s Market also offers live music, fresh coffee, and fun for the whole family.
East Texas Zoo & Gator Park
Located close by in Grand Saline, this exciting spin on a zoo offers dozens of alligators, from itty bitty hatchlings to a big 14-footer named Domino. During the warm summer months, you can watch a Gater chomp down a whole chicken 3 times a day. Not just limited to alligators, the East Texas Zoo & Gater Park offers both large and small primates as well as exotic cats, reptiles, snakes, and lizards. If you love getting up close and personal with the wild, this is the adventure for you!
Rocky Ridge Drive-Thru Safari
Located close by in Eustace, this 200-acre wild safari offers an up close and personal experience with 25 different species throughout a diverse terrain. The admission includes parking and a bag of feed for the self-guided tour. Feed the animals, enjoy the view, and encounter the wild feel of a safari from the comfort of your own vehicle.
