Welcome to your dream wedding, country style. Located on 35 acres in the heart of East Texas, the Barn at the Silver Spur Resort is an ideal venue for your country wedding. With ample space for ceremonies, cocktail hours, receptions, rehearsal dinners, and more, the Barn is able to host weddings and events of any size, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations of up to 300 guests.

From the moment you and your guests set foot on our wedding venue 'til the last goodbyes are said, you will be captivated by the natural and designed beauty of the setting. Hold your ceremony in the breathtaking interior of the Wedding Barn, or say "I do" in the scenic outdoors, surrounded by a soft stream and pasture in the shade of mature trees. Take a horse-drawn carriage ride around the lake, step through the swinging doors of the Barn as you are announced for the first time, and let the party flow out over the whole grounds of the resort. This is your special day, and our entire staff is here to make sure every moment of it is an absolute joy... for everyone!

Durham’s Roost Ranch House is our 5 bedroom main house which also operates as a vacation rental when not occupied by the wedding party and their family and guests. With recent renovations and additions to our lodging offerings, Silver Spur Resort can hold over 50 guests between our 11 cabins, 2 tiny houses, glamping options (including our Conestoga Wagons and Treehouse) and Durham’s Roost. Additional out of town guests can be accommodated in our campground facilities.

Our skilled event staff is able to design a package that suits your vision and budget. We can offer venue only, venue and lodging, or full turnkey packages to our brides and groups. The pricing you’ll see below reflects Saturday weddings for up to 100 guests. Discounts for Friday, Sunday, and midweek weddings are available.
The Silver Spur Resort also has an extensive inventory of decorations that you’ll have complimentary access to for your event. At your initial meeting with our team, please provide as many details as you can and any special requests and allow us to customize a quote that meets your requirements.
