Fire at the Q & Brew

On the evening of Monday, September 26th, the Q & Brew suffered a devastating fire in the back of the restaurant. While there is no good time for something like this to happen, we are eternally grateful that we were closed at the time, and that no one was injured.
We’d like to start off by thanking our local First Responders, especially the City of Canton Fire Rescue, South Van Zandt Fire Department, and Canton Police Department for coming to our aid. We truly do have the best around!

This is a difficult situation, but we are a resilient team. Keep reading to learn how we continue to operate at the Q & Brew!
Our goal is to be fully up and running again sooner than later. Our operations may look a little different while we rebuild the Q & Brew, but we are a creative bunch and have already developed plans to continue serving you!

Re-Opening Plans
We are excited to announce that the Q & Brew will re-open to the public on Tuesday, April 25th for lunch and dinner! Our new hours of operation will be: Tuesday-Thursday from 11am-8pm, Friday & Saturday from 11am-11pm, Sunday from 11am-3pm, and closed on Mondays. Our grand opening and ribbon-cutting will be held on May 5th. More details to come!
Catering
The Q & Brew catering service will not be interrupted. All of our current catering contracts will be fulfilled and we will continue to accept catering orders for holiday parties, weddings, and other special events. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our team!
Q & Brew Beer
We are selling beer at First Monday Trade Days! Our beer kegs were untouched and we will be at First Monday Trade Days at all 4 locations. We are so excited to serve you at Trade Days; please come by and see us!
Our brewery at the Q & Brew is up and running! We are ramping up our beer production to prepare for our Grand Re-Opening at the end of April, and the upcoming First Monday Trade Days. Your favorite craft beers are back, including our Peach Wheat, West Coast IPA, Bavarian Hefeweizen, and more!
Smokehouse BBQ
We are thankful that one of the most important parts of the Q & Brew, our Smokehouse, was untouched and we can continue to smoke meats daily.
Introducing our Smokehouse Service!
Effective immediately we will be cooking and serving from our Smokehouse with new hours of operation, and a limited menu. Picnic bench seating and takeout are available.
Current hours of operation:
Tuesday-Saturday: 10:30am-4pm
Menu:
-One or two meat plates served with baked beans, potato salad, and Texas toast
-BBQ sandwiches
-Meat by the pound
-Burgers
-Wings
-Canned drinks & bottled water
Meat selection:
Brisket, pulled pork, smoked sausage, jalapeno smoked sausage, habanero smoked sausage, ribs
New Food Truck
We bought a FOOD TRUCK, and are ready to roll!
First stop, the Q & Brew, then…who knows? Will it be at YOUR party or social event?
We are excited to announce that our food truck is now available for local festivals, events, and even private catering with a menu sure to impress everyone on your guest list. For inquiries, please email sales@thesilverspurresort.com or 903-420-1400 x2.
We are currently serving from our food truck at the Q & Brew Tuesday-Saturday from 10:30 am-4:00 pm and at First Monday Trade Days.

Eat & Play!
Guests of the Smokehouse are invited to enjoy many of our outdoor amenities! Our fishing ponds, sand volleyball court, human foosball, corn hole, and other outdoor games are available for your use as our way of saying thank you for your support!

Many have reached out to offer help, and we can’t say thank you enough! After thinking about it, the best way to help us at the moment is to help us spread the word! As we release more information about our menu or ways we will continue to operate, we would love it if you could simply share our posts on social media to help us get the word out!
