The Brewery at the Q & Brew Restaurant is the first of its kind in Van Zandt County. As craft beer lovers ourselves, we felt that our own signature brews crafted right here at the Silver Spur Resort would only add to the special nature of the Q & Brew. Our brewmaster will keep it fresh and different and we are confident our brewhouse will keep you coming back to sample new offerings or enjoy your favorites. Our beer is currently available to enjoy through dine-in or takeout.

A Message From the Brewmaster...
We wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU to all of our customers that have supported us over the last couple of months.
Although we had been unable to sell our craft beer here at Silver Spur Resort for over 6 months, it really meant a lot seeing our regular customers support us at First Monday Trade Days. You have played a major role in helping us spread the word that we are still here in Canton, serving your favorite Q & Brew beer every month!
We are happy to announce that Q & Brew is NOW OPEN to the public! We have been regularly brewing since February, building up our supply for Trade Days, and preparing for the Q & Brew’s Grand Re-Opening in April.
Our popular Peach Wheat, West Coast IPA, Bavarian Hefeweizen, and Belgian Quad will make a permanent return to our core menu. Following our re-opening, we’ll start rotating seasonal beers on tap and experimenting with fun new styles.
As you may have heard, we’ve expanded our bar inside the restaurant, and with that comes a more extensive alcohol menu! We’ll continue to offer a selection of domestic beer, Red 55 Wines, and our seasonal sangria. And NOW, you can look forward to a variety of your favorite liquors & mixers at the bar (because sometimes you just need something a little stronger.)
