Our Survival Skills Camp offers a one-day camp for boys and girls ages 9-13. Campers will learn outdoor skills such as: building a campfire, learning to cook outside, a fun scavenger hunt using map & compass navigation, team-building activities, swimming, fishing & Paddle boating.

This camp is for boys and girls ages 9-13. Camp begins at 1:00pm on June 20th and ends at 10:00pm the same day. Campers will experience outdoor skills such as: building a campfire, learning to cook outside, a fun scavenger hunt using map & compass navigation, team-building activities, swimming, fishing & Paddle boating. This camp will be set up outside. In case of rain, we will set up camp in the barn.
Campers will need to bring a sleeping bag and pillow (bedding must be in a trash bag), a flashlight, sunscreen, bug spray, snacks, water, swimsuit and towel, wading boots, or extra pair of tennis shoes that can get wet. Campers must wear closed-toed shoes to camp.
Dinner and S’mores will be provided. Meet at the Barn at Silver Spur Resort for drop off and pick up. There is a 10-person minimum and 30-person maximum for this camp.

The deadline to book is 3 days before the camp start date. To request a cancelation, please notify us 3 days prior to camp start date for a full refund. Requests made after this time frame will be given a credit to put toward another summer camp this year.
