Have you ever wanted to stay in a Treehouse? Now you can! Our climate-controlled Treehouse sleeps four, with a queen-sized bed and set of bunk beds in an open living concept. It is equipped with all the comforts of home, with amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, and small table. And yes, there is even a bathroom with a shower!

Step outside onto the wrap-around deck and cook dinner on the gas grill while you take in the peaceful campground views. Or on cool evenings, there’s no better place to be than outside relaxing on the large patio around the warmth of a fire!

Things to Know

Q: Do you rent your wagons year-round?

A: Almost! Our wagons are climate controlled with both heat and air-conditioning to keep you comfortable no matter the weather! However, as Texas weather is unpredictable, we may close the wagons from mid-January through early March depending on the severity of our winters.

Q: Are there bathrooms in the wagons?

A: There are no bathrooms inside the wagons, but we do have a very clean bathhouse exclusively for our pioneers, just steps from the wagons.

Q: Are your wagons pet-friendly?

A: We do not allow pets inside our Conestoga Wagons. We are pet-friendly inside our RV park and cabins. If you are traveling with your pet, those may be a more comfortable option.

Q: How many people do your wagons sleep?

A: Three of our wagons sleep 4 people with a king-sized bed and bunk beds. One wagon sleeps 6 with a king-sized bed and 2 sets of bunks! These wagons are surprisingly roomy!!!

Q: What are your rates?

A: Our rates vary and range between $109-$159 per night. Please visit our website to check rates and availability.

Q: Where do I park?

A: You will check in at our General Store and one of our friendly team members will lead you to Wagon Junction, home of our Conestoga Wagons. One parking space is allotted for each wagon reservation.

Q: Where are the wagons located on the property?

A: Wagon Junction is located in an exclusive area behind our back pond (a great fishing spot!) to give you the ultimate camping experience. This area of our park is nestled back in the woods and is perfectly peaceful. If you are lucky, you may even hear a few wildlife sounds.

Q: Is there a kitchenette in the wagons?

A: No. We call this “roughing it, in style”! Our team suggests you pack food & beverages as if you were tent camping. We do have a grill and picnic tables at each wagon site, and a community fire pit. We also encourage you to visit the Q & Brew, the Resort’s family-friendly restaurant and brewery. Lunch & dinner is available at the Q & Brew for dine-in and takeout. We’ll even deliver right to your campsite!

Q: What is included in our wagon rental?

A: We provide you with full linens (bed sheets, blankets, towels, and toiletries) to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible.

Q: Are your wagons good for groups?

A: YES! Our wagons are perfect for families and friends traveling together who want to experience a truly unique glamping experience! Many have chosen to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and weekend getaways at “Wagon Junction”, home of our Conestoga Wagons.

Our wagons are tucked away beneath the trees in the back corner of the resort for extra privacy, something groups love! Our pioneers have the chance to “rough it in style”, as the sounds of nature surround the campsite. Kids love the little play area and private pond access for fishing. Each campsite comes complete with a picnic bench and grill for cooking, and groups love to gather at the community fire pit. Guests can even pre-order meals or order Q & Brew delivery right to their wagon!
