Axe Throwing
Axe throwing is an exciting entertainment experience! It is exactly what it sounds like-throwing axes! Each game involves throwing an axe at a wooden target to stick it and score points. It may sound crazy, but it will quickly become a favorite activity for your family, friends, or coworkers!
Location: Next to the Q & Brew patio
Hours: Thursday - Saturdays, 11am-close (Thurs 11-8pm, Fri & Sat 11am-9pm)
Pricing (2-4 people): Adults $25, Kids 12-17 $15. Kids must have adult present and each participant must have a parent/guardian sign a release form.
Group pricing & special events: Call for pricing & availability
Throwing time: Time is 1 hour time slots and 15 minutes is needed between time slots for prep and paperwork.
Things to Know
How to Book Axe Throwing
• Sessions are booked online in 75 minute increments (we also have walk-in availability – just call us or ask a team member in our restaurant and brewery!).
• All events start with safety instructions and throwing practice, led by our Axepert. Once you’ve sharpened your skills, your Axepert can lead you through a series of competitive games, or if you’d prefer to just throw casually, that’s fine too! Axe throwing is fun for all – regardless of a person’s size or strength. Once you stick your first bullseye, you’ll be hooked!
• If you attempt to book on our site, but it says, “This must be booked 1 day in advance,” just give us a call (903-567-8250) to check if there is a spot available. We are happy to accept spur-of-the-moment groups, as long as we have availability!
Axe Throwing FAQs
What should I wear?
A Comfortable Shirt. Make sure your shirt doesn't tighten or create a barrier when you have both hands over your head. T-shirts are ideal, but comfortable long-sleeve shirts work too. Pants Or Shorts. Wear what is most comfortable for you. (Closed toe shoes only... running shoes are ideal.)
Are spectators welcome?
Spectators are welcome! Our patio area overlooks the axe lane so we recommend spectators watch from there... away from the sharp axes. Anyone that is inside the axe bay must sign a waiver.
Is there an age limit?
Participants must be age 12 or above. All participants are required to sign a waiver. Any minors (under age 18) are required to complete a waiver with parent or guardian’s signature.
Can I bring small children?
We are happy to be a family-friendly facility. However, small children and real axes probably should not mix. We do have a special area for small children to play. We have several games to include their own special axe-throwing game. Small children must be supervised by an adult at all times and for the safety of them, and all our guests, they will not be allowed inside the axe bay at any time. We thank you for your understanding.
Can we take pictures and videos?
Definitely, you will want to remember your first bullseye. We’d also love for you to tag us on Instagram and Facebook!
Are corporate events hosted?
Yes! Please call us to schedule your next corporate or team-building event. We have catering and meeting rooms on-site. We also do bachelor or bachelorette parties, birthday parties, family reunions, etc.
How early should I arrive?
Please be here 10 minutes before your scheduled throwing time.
What if I don’t have a group? Is there a minimum group size?
We do require a minimum of 2 people to book our axe lane with a maximum of 4 people. Please give us a call to inquire about larger groups so we can discuss different options based on your needs.
Am I allowed to bring food, beverage or alcohol?
Outside food and beverage is not allowed; however, we do offer a wide variety of menu options including BBQ, wings, sliders, appetizers and desserts, as well as craft beer, a bar and fountain soda.
